Return & Exchange Policy

At Hi Soft Group, we always strive to provide high-quality products in the fields of tissue manufacturing, industrial cleaners, and general supplies.

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of an error on our part, such as:

Receiving a product different from what was ordered

Manufacturing defects

The product will be exchanged or returned at no additional cost to the customer.

For other cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
